A Revolving Door

Life is like a revolving door,

minutes to days to years and more.

At first it's new, pure, and full of love;

flying around and free as a dove.

But love may crumble and shatter to shards,

and what comes next is a hand with delt cards.

But change isn't as scary as people think,

let time take its course and worries will soon sink.

As time goes on, your attitude will change;

hidden frowns will slowly then rearrange.

And at last, delt with a new born dawn;

happiness reborn, and love redrawn.

Life is like a revolving door,

minutes to days to years and more.
