Wake up, repeat, sleep

to only live an obstacle piled heep.

Social by nature yet forced, into being competitve

and repetitive, made to think that "Yes" this is happiness,

to think "Yes" my set in stone actions will change the world.

I say no.

No to the boundaries that a society built on power dictates,

for if all I strive for is a predicted path instead of my own then am I even alive?

From humble beginnings now surrounded by those from green,

finding myself in a disposition to make my position,

I may not bark for talk but I do indeed walk my own walk.

Future relies on the independent, but feels beyond control

for the events at work do not scar but leave a bullet hole.

Henceforth, I continue my perpetual fight that others surely mock.

Sleep, repeat, wake up.
