real model

i'm not a role model

i refuse to be a reenactment of portraying to be someone i'm not

i am who i am

i stand before your eyes

proudly to be the man i am today

i'm not going to read off dummy cards because it looks good

this is not who i am

i am a man of god

where everything i convey, all eyes on me

i have everyone's attention

i don't want no one saying that i'm a role model

it'll feel as if i'm reading a script to a movie that's unreal

me telling my own story is real

living life as me is the way i know how to live

i will make mistakes, but i do them as me

i will have moments, that's a part of spiritual growth that will help me be a better man

i'm very sincere in all i say

there are people not ready for me

i say what i mean, i mean what i say

it's okay to disagree, but you will accept me

i don't want kids to look up to me because i'm not their role model

i don't know you

when you get to know me, then i'm someone's real model

i will never disappoint anyone because this is who i am

outspoken, loud, proud, courageous, bold, ambitious, genuine

when i smile, you'll feel it

when i have to prove myself through rage, trust me, you'll feel it

emotions from one end to the other is authentic

my freedom of expression is not fictitious like a nursery rhyme

i am who i am

so please don't ever look at me as a role model

i won't play a role of any character

i'm going to be who i am whose voice is never silent

where triumphant honesty to inspire is why i'm a real model
