The Real Me

Location

I'm not who you think I am.
I am a leader not a follower,
but I hide in the shadows of the curtains to avoid conflict.
I hide who I am to keep myself safe,
People may call me a wuss or a pansy,
But I don't care I am who I am.
I don't need people to make me feel more self conscious than I already am.
If people would just stop their teasing and bullying life would be easier.
But asking that of the world is impossible,
It would be like asking a goat to make cows milk instead of goat milk.
It's impossible.
So somedays, its just easier to just hide in the shadows of the world and let the world spin.
