Life is unpredictable.

At times, we'll be amazing.

At times, we'll be on top of the world.

At times, everything will go as planned.

But, at times darkness fills our lives.

Challenging our sanity,

Bringing us to our knees,

Begging and pleading to see the light again.

What do we do then?

Do we break down, or do we fix it?

Do we give in or do we fight back?

What do we choose?

These hard times are what define me.

When the demons come, I fight.

When the darkness comes, I shine.

When all hope is lost, I stand my ground.
