Rattling Anxiety

Anxiety is like a rattlesnake. They are everywhere in the desert yet many rarely see them. We can tell when we get too close to them because they rattle. They rattle and rattle louder and louder. Sometimes they rattle when no one is there for them to rattle about. They rattle for no reason at all but their own thoughts and body tell them to. We all have a rattlesnake inside of us.  The snake could be a baby one, that rattles when it gets scared. Or a big one that has fully grown into the fierce rattler. Not knowing when to calm down because all it knows is to rattle. People can scare the rattlesnake causing it to rattle more and louder. Causing panic and the rattle will only dim over time as they get used to the person or they pass by. This rattlesnake will never stop rattling until it has died, just like how we work. Never stop working and getting anxious until we die.
