race that never exists
Location
race that never exist
that contines to divde people
even among their own kind
due to color skin complexity
that fuses ignorance in believing
that one complexion is uglier than the other
or vice versa that the other complexion is prettier than the other
when will we all learn that we all bleed red
we are all brothers and sisters from different mamas
people remains to be programmed like robots
where race continues to exist, there is no such thing as race
I endure racism,
Self-hate,
Oppression,
Misconception to deviate plans,
introspection to recreate plans,
So I strum to the beat of a person that doesn't look like me
I don't strum to the beat of defeat,
where my hands are in the air saying don't shoot
resonating the words i can't breathe
My peace is internal but you cock and squeeze your gun
My economy was communal but you delay payments that's needed for my necessity
Now we beat drums, bang drums, play drums together
Our hands made drums.
Now our hands bang, because a high bloods pressure feels the void of attention lacked from a distanced father figure.
I got no boat, so I don't float
but in order to survive, one must stay afloat
Stereotypes meant to trap and hold us down.
So instead of standing, we sit and quit in hopes you acquit ,but you are guilty.
we, the color of people are the plaintiff and the enviorment is the jury.
The real drugs and thugs are produced by you, in charge and above the law.
A law that benefits the benefitted and mistreats those in need
to just simply excercise our freedom of expression
in standing up to the judicial system that continues to fail us, once again
more importantly, more importantly than that
we need to stop these moronic senseless violence
of killing each other for reasons that justifies idiocy
I'm now your instrument of ignorance you feed me less
yet I still feed your greed.
I must play your game to provide soil for all my seeds to grow
But know that rose that arose from the concrete inspired me to grow a garden in my own streets.
where my life started for me
a legacy that is born
