The Rabbit Hole

Everything is crashing now.Her world is falling down.No one will listen to her, no one cares. If only there was still hope for her.Yet down there.Down where she's falling.Grabbing the sides to stop herself, yet she still keeps going. It's swallowing her up, it's her you see.Now not even she can set herself free.Everyone is leaving her behind. She looks around, hoping for anything.Everyone is gone, she tells herself, "I'll be fine."Sliding down, hugging knees."Hopefully", she says, "I'll forget how to breath."
