A question to the stars

Have you ever wondered
What it's like to be a star?
Twinkling against the dark night sky
Wished upon, waiting to die.
To be small as a speck of dust
Upon a child's eye.

Do you wonder
If the stars ever dance?
Graceful and tender,
Loving and warm.
The moonlit waltz
Of A celestial romance.

Do you wonder
When the stars grow old
Do They tell stories,
Stories to be told?
Recall tales from their younger days;
Their wild adventures,
Their coming of age?

Do you wonder,
When a star dies,
Do others mourn,
Say final goodbyes?
Do they shed tears for dear old friends,
Or stay strong, til their ultimate end?
