Puzzle in Desperation
"Pursue your dreams!" chippered voices encourage as mine pleads for guidance,
"Just do what you love."
Easier said than done in a restless world where every tune is heard except the one within.
Worry amalgamates within my chest; hugging and suffocating my heart, sending sharp spears through my strength.
I used to dally over all of the time I had to figure myself out, but the availability of such dallies is waning toward empty with every blink of my weary eyes.
I just want it to rain; when asked what's wrong, it'll do all my talking.
