Puzzle in Desperation

"Pursue your dreams!"  chippered voices encourage as mine pleads for guidance,

"Just do what you love."

Easier said than done in a restless world where every tune is heard except the one within.

Worry amalgamates within my chest; hugging and suffocating my heart, sending sharp spears through my strength.

I used to dally over all of the time I had to figure myself out, but the availability of such dallies is waning toward empty with every blink of  my weary eyes.

I just want it to rain; when asked what's wrong, it'll do all my talking.
