The Princess and the Frog
The Princess and the Frog

She heard about a princess who kissed
A frog; she imagined her own prince
And she fell in love

Now, on her knees, the girl
Was faced with her dream; she
Leaned in close, ready to meet
Her magical Prince-to-be
But she was only met with
A sloppy kiss; her dreams reduced
To the slime before her lips
And she almost lost her bliss
Reality may not be some
Fairytale; why should it? I am not here
To find a prince, but to become
The fairytale female
