I adore limitations because I fear the unknown

I am consistently adorn in chains of shyness

The need to be unseen

I look as light approaches, saying that I am the master of my art

Saying I can be extraordinary one day

If and only if I take a step outside of limitation

I am scared

The shell I have created has become home

But as the light approaches and I reach for it

I notice a change

Euphoria surrounds me

Confidence becomes me

I am better than fear

The chains slowly drop from me

And in this light, my limitations have fallen behind

I see the growth within and accept it fervently

I notice the eyes that stare at me

And no longer do I feel vulnerable

I am comfortable

I can paint the world without a care

In this light I have no fears that I cannot overcome.
