One Shot

I look at him through a dark tunnel,
The only light comes from the exits made of glass.
Watch as he starts to stumble
I'm hidden in the tall grass
Through that dark tunnel,
I am aimed at him
As he bends to drink from a puddle
The clouds start to look grim
He is blurry through the tunnel
I quickly make it clear
The clouds start to rumble
He adds a twitch to his ear
Click. The tunnel closed,
Now opened again to show the prize
An image exposed
Right before my eyes
I look out at the panorama
Content with my capture
Holding on to my camera
Feeling in a perfect rapture
