sewing needles clustered together

blades folded

each item represented a moment

in someone's life

struggle that was a lifetime ordeal

in a place that is buried in concrete

lots of water, lots of sunshine

lots of grass that is all green like the hulk

place them in a fire escape and watch how

the garden is born

unique it is

the old man's plant symbolizes

remedy for tradition, medicine, and even a cure

a sense of grandeur, comfort, and peace

plants he planted became his gifts

gifts are life

it seemed like alot of work

it became a routine

a routine that translated to lots of water
