I was never meant to be here

I had dreams

dreams of being faraway

Somewhere I didn't have to force myself to stay.

Somewhere where my wings were to learn how to take flight.

But not here. 

Because I was never suppose to be here.

I was meant to have a boyfriend,

He was suppose to make me forget about the one who broke my heart.

The one who utterly destroyed me. 

We would have met up

 For a quick coffee here

Or a romantic date there 

Yet I lay here alone.

I was never suppose to be here.

I was suppose to be this world famous writer.

My words were meant to grab

and keep others attention.

My book was suppose to be transformed into a movie

But that will only be a figment of my imagination

because i am here.
