Mystery, mundanity;
normality profound
proffers suggestions
to bold quivering chin.

A man! I can be
as charade hysterical
flowing through brain
of body ephemeral,
briefly insane.

Though flowing back my awareness diffuse
expand and subsume components of youth
quite difficult its integration, and
so intimate yet seeming aloof.

My compassion desired is sweet, strong, & deep;
my feeling is pure, this state I must keep.
Could I offer you more than a spirit’s embrace,
empathic caress of a strange carapace?

Ah you! Now it’s clear
in which domain you dwell
and all that you hold dear
is dribbling down via pineal light:
piercing my ignorance, soul in delight.
