My Reflection

Location

When I look in the mirror at myself I see deeper than what's my image on the surface, When I look in my reflection I am the rain and the sun nothing that can be easily undone, Most see sunshine and a halo in my reflection because I can do nothing wrong, But in my reflection I see a little boy who's waiting for the passing of a thunderstorm, He knows that if he steps out in the storm everything not powerful will get struck by thunder, After the storm has passed my reflection glows and illuminates like white snow because the little boy knows, The little boy knows now that the storm is gone it's time to take the world like a force of nature, No more scared showers of hail and sleet keeping him from his clear sky of dreams, Running past the gray passing storm clouds into the bright into the bright spot of sunshine on top of the hill to the mirror, When I look at my reflection I see the real me who's confident and not frightened anymore, And like a powerful force of nature my reflection shatters
