My Own Judge
Location
She sits and wonders to herself,
How she wishes she were someone else.
Her hair as flat as books she reads
And eyes the shade of polluted seas.
Turns on the computer and there she finds
Girls with gleaming eyes and hair that shines.
Hundreds of likes have always been her fantasy,
But the ones she gets are too often from family.
With a face full of blemishes and marks,
And cheek bones that only slightly arc,
She closes her computer then looks toward the mirror.
She then begins to see everything much clearer.
She smirks at the mirror and completes her inspection,
then she loudly proclaims "I am perfection!"
