My one chance 

My one chance to go college 

My one chance to have my dad back in my life 

Where he can say that he is proud of me 

Without putting up a fight 

Where his arms finally wrap around me as he says 

I'm proud son that you are the first to go to college 

And be someone

However I am a low-income student

That saves a penny and hopes to have enough to pay college

Because I am a disabled person that can not work as fast as others

So how I'm I going to pay for college scholarships

Hope that I win them 

So I can have the chance to go to college 

Have the chance to have my dad back 

So when he sees me 

He will see a man dressed in a suit with a Bachelor's Degree 

Finally being the son he wants me to be
