when i hit the field the crowd starts to scream. I sit here thinking this could only be a dream. no way, i never thought i would see this day. It all started with my tryouts in may. All the blood sweat and tears through the years. When they said you made it i couldn't believe my ears. I had to make a call to spread the word that i was a southern university dancing doll. The band begins to play when the drum major begins to lift his pole. I start feel the rhythm of the beat deep down in my soul. I thank god for giving me the strength to fight and reach my number one goal.
