back and forth
uneven and faulty indeed
they grind, rough edges
nothing smooth as age approaches now
more determine to give a new physique
more uneven , more i must rise
makes me shiver, squinty
i rub my shoulders, and
knotty scalp with soft fingertips
tapping hard, the base of my skull
echo that travels through my hard bone body
