Moonlight crash

The moonlit truck

Wasn't bright enough to see

The sadness in her heart

Tied with the love in her eyes

The night was growing later but they didnt mind

Trying to draw out the minutes before she said goodbye

See the time she was there was never ment to last

She knew better then to fall so hard

But she opened her heart

And he poured in

Together they fell

Flying high

Letting their love unfold

Souls intertwine

And tonight in the moonlight

His heart will leave home

With that traveling girl

In the moonlight glow
