Mists

Location

We all know there comes a day,
Where we must come to change our way,
Where we know we cannot stay,
For the cost is just too much to pay.

And when this time comes,
We measure our sums:

"What do we want to be?"

"What do THEY all see?"

"Does it bring us glee?"

"Does it set us free?"

"Or are we missing the key
That truly makes 'me' be 'me'?"

To this we MUST agree,
Takes a toll on our sanity...

but to these questions
A relentless pursuit,

Calling new actions
That soon follow suit.

Causing a reaction,
Everyone can dispute...

Was for better or worse;
A blessing or a curse.
