Memories

I'm walking out the door
while others are coming in.
I'd gladly switch places
just to be home again.

They drive so far I can't see,
the town of memories
that use to involve me.

Home again home again;
it's not hard to imagine-
all of the friendly faces and places
that I use to know.

I'm leaving home,
the only place I've known.
