Why, oh why America the Great

Expected to provide for the common defense,

but instead bring hate in our state

With minimual common sense

Why, oh why America the Great 

Expected to insure domestic tranquility, 

but waits for the problem to inflate

America, America oh the instability 

America the Great, we make our own fate

Slowly dividing our great state

We the people the liability 

Making America have vulnerability 

So called "America the Great" while our people debate 

Ignore the debate and walk straight

Obtain your humility and civility 

There's no need for hostility we have the ability
