Lucky

Location

Always I believed that here - life is sweeter

The grass on the other side was really never greener

I loved going where the apples were grown;

Feed some to the horses, and save one for my own

On past the little white barn of freshly cut hay,

around the old coop where the noisy chickens stay,

I can always find my forever dearest eyes

who shakes her dark mane to rid the flies

She patiently waits there just for happy, delirous me

Who rides her wild through the field - absolutely free

One who loves her like no one else does

who passionately cares for this mare 'cause

Lucky gave truth to my every wondrous dream

Friends as naturally as water in a stream
