What is change?

It is but a thought a shift in our processing

It is a reprograming but no one needs to deprogram to get down

As many others explain in technical terms

let me stand by

and rearrange your brain and defuse your natural hardware

It is not a question of how big or small

Change indeed changes us all

BUt what about the things that cant be changed

like the way hearts love and who they love

who's to change that?

"Impossible!" i shout because the heart is not like the mind

it cant simply be changed

love doesn't have a face, body shape or gender

its young and strong but tender

so they who change who they love at a drop of a hat

are heartless

and unlike fairytales they are true loveless

but those who let there love shine with pride

not just with pride but gay pride
