Lost in Love

Mon, 05/30/2016 - 01:03 -- Samvidi

Its funny to think with you I'm more safe

cause you have the lock and key.

I still scared to accept the fact that without you I would hardly be me.

Regardless of how far I run or where I intend to go.

I find myself coming back to you where yours hearts my home.

I'm not in love because loves at times lost,

I'm more lost in love without a compass on.

I was never one to love till I lowered the bar.

I finally saw what I needed to reach for the stars.

Someone like you who knew my vice and my worst scars.

You love me regardless of the pain in my past.

You taught me to see life through a half full glass.

A facade of a man is what I used to be. A king searching for his queen it was meant to be.

The definition of love was always so strange to me.

At times when we are in love we are lost in life.

Now that we are on this path You and I,

we shall love until we are lost and our lives pass us by.
