Lost

Encapsulated in an island of soot and ash,                                           Shrouded in poisonous smoke,                                                                        my eyes strain to see the star,                                                                            of this alien world,                                                                                                 suspended among the systems of the dead and dying,

Extraterrestrial existence,                                                                                    a message lost within the stars,                                                               Destined to die alone,

Two sapphire jewels in the sky                                                                      flicker and burst,                                                                                        Traveling on the waves of destruction and birth,                                                is the echo of an ancient whisper,                                                                  from across the sea of space,

“Come find me.”
