Lost

A small screen comes to life as a phone vibrates

Green and yellow leaves on a tree dance around eloquently

In the distance, a sun sets filling the sky with orange and pink dye

Close by a boy smiles, pulling a grin on the side

His soft brown eyes melts young hearts and his hair is caressed by the wind

A rusty page of a book turns ubruptly as soft whistles float about

Half eaten sandwich sits alone while a pencil completes a sentence

And under a colossal tree, sits a small young girl

Eyes closed, Ears opened, taking in every sensation

While her mind wonders what she will do with the rest of her life.
