The girl you always bump into but never apologize to.

The girl who eats lunch in her fifth period class when her friends aren’t at school.

The girl who understands what its like to have her heart broken.

The girl who gets looked down at for her passion.

The girl who fools you into thinking  she’s happy.

The girl you think isn’t going through anything,

Yet she’s going through everything.                 

The girl who doesn’t know it yet but is going to go far.

The girl who is leaving the past behind her.

The girl who is finding happiness in the right places

The girl who doesn’t worry about society’s perception of beauty.

The girl who doesn’t need a man to feel loved.

The girl who looks to the future but lives in the present.
