Little Boats

Little Boats

Your name etched into my skin

Watching it all sink in

Blood flowing like a river along the divots in my arm

We don’t need a home because we’ve found it

Floating along in little boats

On the water that is the red from my arm

With nowhere to go

And nowhere to be

We’ll be comfortable where we are
