Light

It can be found shining through your window in the morning

Or through the leaves on the trees at sunset

You can find it in a reflection on the water

Or in the direction the sunflowers grow

But you can also find it in the dead of night

Through adventures and singing in the car

Sometimes it is wrapped up in a book

Or in blankets on cold winter nights

Sometimes you can find it in a smile

Or a person who is speaking about the things they love

You can see it in a warm comforting embrace

Or in the eyes of someone in love

And some people radiate it from their very core

They shine brighter that all the stars

Made up of constellations that mesmerize anyone who dares to look

They are the light of this world
