Life Advice From A Tree

“This life is not and easy one,”

the tree said to its seed.

“Make sure the place you settle down

has everything you need.”

“Water’s good but it’s not enough,

you also need some light.”

“The place you find has got to have both,

your place has to be right.”

“And maybe your place has lots of water

and sunlight, there’s a ton.”

“You have to make sure there is no danger

because if there is, you’re done.”

“Now whether you choose to be part of a forest

or be by yourself, all alone.”

“Take this decision under provision

because this place will  be home.”
