America! land of the free.

But why does the freedom in my hands look different than yours?

The equation does not equal.

One will never equal none.

I look in the mirror and see myself, just like you.

Yet, you can't seem to face me.

Scared. But why?

Why won't you meet my eyes?

Check your privilege.

As I check to see if mine has came yet.

While you water down the trivial events of my people to hide your guilt,

you pludge us deeper into the darkness that resides over our faces.

"You don't even act black."

Yet that is all I seem to be to you.

As if that is all I am.

Judgement Day? Judgement LIFE.

I can't escape.

I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe.
