Just Think

Location

Most people swallow food that is forcefully fed to them; they don’t care to take the time to chew and swallow carefully if they choose, or even go to spitting it out.

If you didn’t get that I’m not gonna speak in metaphor for the rest of this, just on the surface so the message is clear. On the surface is as far as some people will go analyzing what is around them, not thinking for themselves, desperately reaching for one common answer, one way of looking at situations, rules, ideas good and bad.

This isn’t an order to be your own person; it’s an invitation to question everything. What’s around you, why people do the things they do, why you laugh at what everyone else is laughing at. Stop to think if it’s actually creative, if it takes some thought to come up with the words that most kids just carelessly spew out to get a cheap laugh, and because you think that they think it’s funny, and the person next to you thinks it’s funny, and you think that the person you stare at idolizing thinks it’s funny, you give up a chuckle that feeds this endless rotation of this common joke, this tasteless humor that is kept alive by cows, oh wait I meant humans.

Use what separates us from the rest of the animals on this earth, our ability to reason, our ability to think for ourselves and not just follow some instinct. Show me, no fuck me, show the world that you’re different from the cows, monkeys, cats, dogs, whatever else, and if not then the dolphin is ahead of you.

This doesn’t require someone who’s maintaining A’s in honors, just someone who maintains an open mind, open to ideas that have been neglected by so many people. I’m not asking to consider how old the earth actually is, just the social norms and situations that are eaten up, bam! there it is.

Something simple as enjoying what we weren’t evolved to do, going out on a field to show physical dominance over a school that you could of easily gone to if you just happened to live a mile or two in the other direction, and you’re not just playing them, you’re taught to hate them, deep down having a desire to feed your primal instinct of showing dominance, to prove that in some way you’re better than other people.

I’m not denying we’re animals, but why not question why you like the violence of contact, of hitting others that have the exact same purpose as you, yes the game of football.

Or do you notice that when people have nothing else to talk about they talk about other people? And it’s usually shit about others. Another vortex created of an endless problem where shit is said about others which creates drama so more shit is said about others and more drama is born. They can be saying the exact same thing about you, but you don’t even stop to ponder that. They are who they are, and you are who you are, leave it at that.

By the way thinking is not standing up for the pledge because you’re lazy, but it is if you feel that it has been indoctrinated, taught that it is the greatest sign of patriotism you can show. Since kindergarten memorizing, reciting, memorizing, reciting frivolous words that you are forced to stand up and repeat not just once a week, but every day because the school has hypnotized you all into saying a phrase that has lost all meaning.

Don’t cling to this because it’s the new hip way to think and look at things, if you have any other opinions let’s hear what you mind is concocting, what you now realize is fucked up in this world. And if you think that this place is mainly filled with good rules and understanding people we want to hear why you think so. This is not a rant, just encouragement to begin observing. To just think….Most people swallow food that is forcefully fed to them; they don’t care to take the time to chew and swallow carefully if they choose, or even go to spitting it out.
