You that kept me warm

You that have my heart 

Has now won my soul.

The way you held my hand

made me smile,

warm was your touch

like the warmth of the sun.

And if the sun hides now

I would love to see the night,

for you smile at the moon

as if she'll smile back.

I do not know much

and yet I know plenty,

for I can see the  beauty

that lights up in your heart

I see the sparkle in your eyes

every time you look at the sky.

I see the smile you give to the night
