To be heard is to be. The

Eyes skim lazily Across glazy

Landscapes. Sight is passive.

The Ears command the eyes

With sharp sensations. Audio

Demands much more focus.

“Ladies and

May I have

Your attention,

Lend me

Your ears,

Or the tree

Will be silent,

And the forest will die.
