If I could change anything

If I could change anything

I would change everything

I would give young girls and boys

Better role models to look up to

That are more like them

Little girls would no longer

Glare at themselves in the mirror

WIth hatred in their eyes

At a body that they once called beautiful

Pinching baby fat they can't lose

Little boys woud no longer

Feel obligated to be muscular

Think that they are less manly

Because they'd rather drink tea

Than play in mud

If I could change anything

I would change everything

Equal opportunity

Would stop being a lie

Everyone would be able to learn

They'd feel safe in school

Instead of harrassed by bullies

And being belittled by teachers

They'd get the help they'd need in hard subjects

If I could change anything

I would change everything

Their would be models of every race

And every size

Everyone would feel equal represented

You'd see people of all different shades

In every movie

People of every size

In swimsuit magazines

No one would think twice about it again

If I could change anything

I would change everything

People could love who they love

Without the fear of being shunned

Everyone would be accepted

If I could change anything

I would change everything

My utopia would be for the world

Not just the few

But everyone's voices would be heard
