If I could do anything, 

I swear i'd have the world changing. 

i'd make everyone's lives better, 

create world peace and end hunger. 

Cure cancer, end abuse-

keep someone from hanging a noose. 

I know; these dreams are common.

I'm only just one woman.

But if i could change this planet for the better,

i'd write god one long letter 

and maybe, for a while,  

i'd get everyone to smile.
