I would stop myself from getting distracted

The distracted girl in a distracted world

Focusing on bright lights and pretty sights

She didn't see that nothing was going right

She didn't see her possibilities

If she focused like a camera with zoom

She would have seen the distractions leading her to doom

She knows what she must do

She knows she has to change

Yet she constantly puts it off for another day

She forgets, she always does

when she remebers its too late

She needs to learn to focus before it's her life at stake.
