Bosses are really the biggest followers because they know at the end of the day they're just a footstool for the person above them. Over the course of last year I too have learned this fact and it has not changed me but merely my intentions. If things are gonna change I cannot climb the ladder I have to be the ladder, I don't want to be at the table with the elites I want to be the table.
