I don't think I love

I don't think I love you.
I don't think I can.
My broken takes up too much space,
To make room for a man.

But don't think I'm heartless
Please don't throw a stone
Because I feel, I feel plenty
I feel oh so alone.

I know you don't get this.
You probably never will.
But I have to fix me, first,
Before my life you can fill.

I'm sorry the pieces of my shattered heart
Have cut yours, too.
But I promise you,
You're better off without me.
You will soon see the truth.
