Once upon a time is how it used to start

Now we see more and more marriages being torn apart

There used to be a time when it was respectful to hold family values

It has then changed to something that holds no meaning

Man and woman hold a love stronger than no other

Who should be kept sacred and til death do them part

It now seems like a widespread pandemic

To let go of someone that used to be so dear

Sayings like "I love you" and "My dear"

Seem to lose all meaning

But ther has to be a time

Where someone plans to change the tide

And hold the values that were once respected

And filled with much memories and laughter

So that we may all say "we lived happily ever after"
