i can't breathe

officer,

i'm just selling cigarettes, it's not weed, it's not guns

you're in my face

my hands is up, i'm unarmed

blindside attack of hands wrapping around my neck

because i'm a threat

what you see is that i'm a big guy

was it necessary to be jumped by other cops and wrestle me down?

you're choking me

the pressure was applied with brute force

slowly you soothe away the life of me

i'm gasping for air

screaming i can't breathe

i can't breathe

my head was forcefully pressed at the ground sideways

out of disgust that you refuse to even look at me

it didn't matter at that time

didn't matter that my rights were violated

my humanity is non-existent to you

all because i was outnumbered

surrounded by a bunch of bullies who are suppose to protect the community from the bad guys

the cops have become the bad guys, how can anyone feel safe

NYPD is suppose to represent CPR

they indeed honor CPR that stands for Corporal Punishment Recklessly

before i forget, NYPD is an acronym for New York Pigs Department

i'm sure you feel proud that i die in front of your hateful eyes, and scornful soul

you feel like a big man that you weren't indicted

my legacy will continue to fight as we , the people of New York protest and stand up to the judicial system that continues to fail us once again

we, the people are standing to the corruption of U.S. Government

the same way Oscar Lopez Rivera, a proud puerto rican, a political prisoner had the testicular fortitude to dethrone the U.S Goverment and is now serving 33 years, and counting for a crime he never committed

all he did was honor the 1st amendment-the freedom of speech

the freedom of expression seems like a crime when one disagrees and expresses with conviction the importance of equality

as i spiritually reach my hand to you, you reach your hand to me

the only thing that comes in between is a glass window in jail

it doesn't stop that bond

it doesn't stop that strength to unite as one and fight back the prejudice that have everyone frighten

not all cops are bias

not all men of color are criminals

we have to end the ongoing police brutality saga that divide and conquers the people and police officers

cops are infatuated in believing that they are above the law

that's not true, the only one that is above all else is god

god is the juror, the prosecuter, and the executioner

his justice is about jurisdiction, his word is law

and even that , his own worst enemies, he forgives

when appearing in the courtroom, and see the sign that states, in god we trust

i always trust god because of what's in the good bible

but never in hands of people in uniform because they disgracefully dishonor the good lord's name by using his shield to protect the layers of lies and corruption of not serving justice objectively

you claim to be authoritative when all you do is empower your tyranny in abusing people because you intimidate them with a title that was never given to you

when you don't respect, recognize, and submit your authority to god

the greed in the empire that you built will all crumble the minute you divorce yourself from god's law

when you forget that god created the heaven and natural world

and you have the nerve to have people stand up and pledge the legions

i'll stand up and pledge with my middle finger raising loud and proud when i say

i pledge the legions

to the flag of this place we call america

and to the republic

for which i rather sit

one nation, one god

we unite as one

and give us all the liberty and justice that will prevail for all
