I used to be frail

In athletics I always had to bail

because my strength would fail

Now i am stronger

I can run much longer 

and there isnt an obstacle that i cant conquer.

I used to be alone

I couldnt even reach the friend zone

My personality had never shone.

Now i have friends

My list of buddies has no ends

and my actions towards women are a gentlemen's

I used to be kinda smart 

I couldnt do well at art 

and if anyone had tapped on my shoulder it would have given me quite a start.

Now i'm even more bright

my art is quite a sight

and people tapping my shoulder only sometimes gives me a fright.

I may not be fully unfettered

from these chains of youth

but at least i am better
