Holocaust

It started with an idea for political change;
Putting a man in charge who believed in only his way;
It started small with restricting laws;
Soon concentration camps were made and millions lost;

Soon millions turned to more and it wasn't just Jews;
It could be anybody of any age, even me or you;
For YEARS continued this massive killing spree;
No one hearing the helpless pleas;

Bodies burned and in silence they screamed;
This continued until about two years after 1943.
