High on Suicide
Lustrous beams of rainbow light,
Pearly smiles and eager eyes—
Everything is fine on the outside,
Mesmerized by the sensuous high,
Amnesic to the distortion of mind.
She really couldn't care less
About the pain beating in her chest
Or the quivers creeping through her skin,
Chaotic thoughts blockaded in,
She's begging just to hurt again.
Dewdrops forming in her eyes,
When the morning comes and we arise,
Relief is only temporary,
Temptation's steroid is legendary,
Destructiveness is hereditary.
