hiding from humanity

It's like a baby sucking on his thumb or a toddler with his blanket;

That's what i tell myself anyways.

Or am i a prisoner; wearing my own self-imposed anklet.

Could i, can i, should i let them see,

Like a mother's loving stroke, a baby's kiss on the cheek, or gentle like a flower; all the things i could be?

No, stop, who are you kidding!

Gentle, Weak, Vulnerable - for a guy all these are forbidding!!

Hold on..., I cant believe it, can it really be true?

She's notlaughing, she's actually smilling at me - whew!
