I sit and stare

Trying to care

Trying to decipher the point behind your words

Weeding out your bullshit

And searching for meaning

All I hear is your lies and your opinions

Waiting for knowledge 

You're a teacher not a preacher

And I'm here to learn

So teach me of sciences, english, history and geometry

But don't rant to me about what you like and don't like

Don't tell me your opinion on Obama

Or the current change to our school

I don't care what you do with your free time

Just don't waste my time

I'm here to learn

So teach me.
